Justice is not just an arrest, WE NEED CONVICTIONS! The men who killed Ahmaud Arbery are asking for charges to be dropped. They were arrested 73 days after they murdered Arbery. 73 days after! Gregory and Travis McMichaels killed Arbery while he was jogging, by hunting him down.
They are calling for some charges to be dropped and for release on bond. The murderers want to walk free after walking free for 73 days. McMichaels are asking the judge to IGNORE the indictment’s malice murder charge and to drop the second charge that they committed false imprisonment.

The judge has yet to answer but it makes me worried that he’s considering it. If the judge allows this, no justice will be served. It’ll be just ANOTHER case of the guilty walking free like Breonna Taylor’s killers, They need to have every charge against them because they committed those racist and terrible acts. Plus they already walked free for 73 days before getting arrested. They don’t need to be release on bond.
This isn’t the update I was hoping to give you guys, but for now it’s all I got. I do want to talk about the Citizens Arrest law however that MAY be applied to this case and help some charges be dropped. See citizens arrest isn’t just something you see occasionally in movies and tv shows. In fact it has a long history of oppression of black people.

In Georgia, pretty much, anyone can “arrest” anyone else under suspicion of a crime AND HOLD THEM FOR UP TO TWO DAYS, until Police arrive. It’s been a law since 1863, AND WAS USED TO PREVENT SLAVES FROM ESCAPING TO UNION LINES. The person who made the law itself is actually a MAJOR white supremacist who didn’t even believe that black people would be able to function as a free citizen.
Luckily there is someone working on it in the Georgia Legislature, and the citizenry has become more aware of the issue. And it’s given me another issue to fight for in Florida.

Yep, this lady won the nomination even though she’s said a lot of INSANE things. Another case of injustice. A manager of Buffalo Wild Wings called 911 for an issue with a man. Cops arrive and pull guns on the black kids THAT NEEDED THEIR HELP. The 3 kids being wrongly attacked by the cops was cooperative and was clearly unarmed. Even after being told MULTIPLE TIMES they were arresting the wrong people and they continued to aim their guns at them.

To see your kids running to you with gunshots behind them and to see two of your sons on the ground, it has to be terrifying. Worse. Officers rained down bullets on children ranging from 9-16. For a traffic violation! I guess traffic violation equals bullets now and they wonder why we want change.
Five children on their way home from Walmart noticed the police following them and were scared. When the cops turned on their lights the two older children told the little ones to run and get their father. Guess what happened when they stepped out the car. Cops went berserk and decided a 9 year old was good target practice. 🤬

The 15 year old is seen in the video bleeding right above the eye again, after being arrested for a “traffic violation”. I’m still waiting to hear what the violation was!. So what do we want now? The only thing we can trust now. The body cam footage. The police have made statements before but the footage contradicted them. So they can say whatever they want but we can’t trust it anymore. The police are now on the same level as politicians.
Worst yet, the kids recounting of the story sounds horrifying. The police didn’t flash their lights until the kids were practically in their driveway despite following them a couple blocks. The older siblings told the younger ones to get their dad as they ran for the front door, a police officer let off 7 ROUNDS AT CHILDREN. He just barely missed the 9 year old’s face, as the 9 year old says he saw a bullet fly past his eyes and hit a nearby swing set.
Imagine having to live through that as a parent. Even more so as the child.

Ramming Their Car and Handcuffing Them At Gunpoint

These moms want an answer from the Secret Service and I don’t blame them. These Secret Service members attacked these Black moms and they gave no answer to their actions.
These officers from the Secret Service rammed the parked car that held the moms and their kids. Then as the moms looked up they saw the barrel end of a rifle! The officers were pointing guns at them and yelled orders to leave their vehicle. 45 minutes the babies cried and these mothers thought they might be the next Breonna Taylor.

“I could have been another Breonna Taylor. I could have been another innocent woman who has no record and got shot” Winston, one of the moms, stated. The moms sent a letter to the Secret Service but they have yet to respond. Also, like in George Floyd’s case, these moms were never read their Miranda Rights when handcuffed.
This is ridiculous. These events may seem to increase but they haven’t. What has changed is the amount of coverage they are getting now. Which as great as it is, is also a bad thing. These crimes from the people who “stop” them have been blasted all over media and it hasn’t gotten better. Below is the letter they sent.

Dear Acting Secretary Wolf and Director Murray:
I write with strong concern regarding the arrests of two District of Columbia residents by officers with the U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division on the National Mall. I understand from public reporting that the parked car India Johnson and Yasmeen Winston were sitting in was crashed into by a Uniformed Division cruiser when they were misidentified. Apparently, a car loosely matching the one they were driving, but with different tags, had been stolen by two men. Ms. Johnson and Ms. Winston were stopped even though they and their young children were the only occupants of the vehicle. I understand that after the crash, the officers got out of their car and one pointed a rifle at the women, yelling at them to put their hands in the air. Even with their young children present, the officer pointed the rifle at the head of at least one of the women. Both women were then handcuffed and separated from their babies, neither were read their Miranda rights, and the officers refused to let one of them breastfeed her son, even though the baby continued to cry out. While the women were handcuffed, the officers also conducted a search of the car despite a lack of an imminent threat, a warrant, permission, or, apparently, probable cause, since at that point it was obvious the car was not the stolen one. Additionally, the officers were not wearing masks even in the middle of a global pandemic.
Please provide a written response to the following within five business days:
Why did your officers think it appropriate to crash their cruiser into the car, even if they suspected it was stolen, when it appears that the women were not making any attempt to avoid a stop? Did they have their lights and sirens on or anything else to warn the occupants prior to the crash?
Do your officers normally stop a car that your officers claimed matched a stolen car when the licenses do not match and the occupants of the vehicle do not match the description, or gender, of the suspects? How is probable cause or even reasonable suspicion alleged to have been met in that situation?
Why did your officers not read the women their Miranda rights when it was obvious that they met the legal standard to be considered under arrest?
Why were your officers not wearing masks in light of the global coronavirus pandemic?
Why did your officers point their rifle at the head of one of the women, in front of children, when she had apparently made no effort to avoid arrest or in any other way posed a danger? Is it typical for your officers to draw a weapon on an individual who was pulled over just for having a car that might look similar to one that was stolen?
Is there dashboard and body camera footage of the event, and if so, will you immediately release it to the public?
John Bareswill Pleaded Guilty To Threatening Black Church

A vigil was held for George Floyd by the church leaders and a day later they were threatened. A call came in full of racist remarks and a threat to burn down the baptist church. John Bareswill is getting ten years now after his plea of guilty.
The call was made in June and he just now pleaded guilty. 2 months later. Way to stall there. This man calls and makes a threat but can’t own up to it? Cowardly if you ask me. His hearing is set for November, but it looks to be ten years. Good.
The BLKThought team first saw this shown on Shaun King’s instagram. This is what Shaun wrote about the horrible murder of Shaheen Mackey.
“The illegal execution/lynching of Shaheen Mackey.
I have been asked by the family of Shaheen Mackey to come on board to help them get justice for their father. What you are seeing here is literally one of the single most disturbing things I have ever seen in my life. It’s a modern day lynching. The man in that chair is a beloved father, son, and friend named Shaheen Mackey. He called the medics because he was sick and had a seizure. They shackled his arms behind his back. They shackled his legs. They covered his face with a mask, and choked him with it, forcing it over his nose and mouth so that he could not breathe. They then tasered him. And tortured him. He tells them he cannot breathe. He tells them they are killing him. He never harms them in any way. He couldn’t if he wanted to. More and more men pile on him. UNTIL HE DIES. This is the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania. EVERYBODY not only failed this man – they murdered him. This is a modern day lynching. Of course, the local DA and jail and police all cleared each other, but the state is going to have to weigh in.”
Five detention officers and a nurse are facing involuntary manslaughter for the death of John Neville. Neville had a medical emergency and the officers and nurses did exactly the opposite to aid his issues. Neville yelled he couldn’t breath multiple times yet they were neglected. In fact they made it worse.

They put a mesh head mash over his face near the start. They moved him to another cell and laid him face down on the ground. He yelled for help and yelled he couldn’t breath. They didn’t fix or readjust him. On the officers and nurses exit of the cell, they kept him FACE DOWN on the ground. It wasn’t until he STOPPED breathing did they take him to a hospital. In that hospital he died 2 days later.
Why are our screams for help neglected? This is wrong and unjust. Thankfully (better said hopefully) these officers and nurse are getting theirs. Say his name, John Neville!
